Napalm Death on Birminghamista, Englannista kotoisin oleva grindcore/death metal -yhtye, jota pidetään yhtenä grindcoren pioneereista. Yhtyeen rumpali Mick Harris itse asiassa keksi koko grindcore-käsitteen, kun yhtye itse mietti omaa musiikkilajiaan. Alun perin Napalm Deathia mainostettiin keikkajulisteissa "maailman nopein bändi" -tittelillä, mikä tuolloin luultavasti pitikin paikkansa.
