GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEB SHOP
E-commerce products at Rockshirts.com are sold by Low Frequency Records Oy. We sell to individuals who have reached legal age, to corporations and organisations in Finland and selected countries within and outside the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges.

ORDERING
Products are normally ordered on the Internet at http://www.rockshirts.fi using a shopping cart.

After all orders you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order price, delivery estimate and ordered products included. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address during the ordering process. The buyer accepts the delivery terms for each order.

MEANS OF PAYMENT
The products as well as the delivery cost should be paid for directly upon making the order. The following means of payment are available in the web shop:
- Banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Sparbanker, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, Ålandsbanken
- Everyday, Jousto
- PayPal

Payments are made through Klarna Checkout or PayPal.

Web bank
Payments and financial services related to online payments are managed by Klarna Checkout in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Klarna Checkout buys a payment and settles it with a retailer. From the buyer's perspective the service works as a normal online-payment.

DELIVERY
Delivery time is 2-5 business days after received order.

TRANSACTION CHARGES

Delivery cost is 0 € / order!
Delivery cost include the postage and packaging. You will be able to see the delivery cost after selecting means of payment and delivery for your purchase(s) in the shopping cart. We send orders by post.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There is a 14-day exchange and cancellation right by law when shopping online. The customer is liable to pay the postage costs in case of cancellation. The refund is reimbursed when the products have been received at our warehouse.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If the product(s) are lost during transport, or if they are damaged or the wrong products have been delivered, the customer should immediately report this to asiakaspalvelu@rockshirts.fi.
Incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 14 days after receiving the goods. If the package has been damaged during transport, then it must be returned to the post office immediately.

CHANGES
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms and our prices. The customer must check the delivery terms before placing an order.
